PLA website forum rules
This forum is open to any individual with an interest in the work of the Procurement Lawyers’ Association (PLA). Membership is strictly monitored to ensure the continued relevance and focus of the PLA, free from SPAM.
We aspire to bring procurement lawyers from across the UK and beyond closer together through professional networking on this forum. The PLA provides you with a forum in which to network with other procurement lawyers and procurement practitioners. We want to hear discussions from you such as “has anyone ever dealt with one where…?;…How would you deal with?…; We have just come across…, etc.” The focus of the forum is to share ideas and discuss matters of common interest to procurement lawyers.
If we could make the Chatham House Rule apply on-line, we would make it do so in this forum, so please post your thoughts, experiences and discussions freely.
There are a large number of lawyers within this forum, but they should not be treated as YOUR lawyers. Please do not regard anything said in this on-line forum as formal legal advice or creating a lawyer/ client relationship. The discussion posts are for information purposes only. If PLA members require formal legal advice, they should instruct a solicitor off-line.
