The Rosie Choueka Memorial Essay Prize 2017-18 Winners
The PLA is delighted to announce the winners of the 2017-2018 Rosie Choueka Essay Competition.
11 entries were received, all of which were extremely well written, thought-provoking and made hugely interesting points on different aspects of the subject, “abnormally low tenders”. The expert evaluation panel commented on the high calibre of the entries this year and expressed their thanks for making their job so tough(!)
The authors of the first, second and third placed essays each receive a prize from the PLA and a free place at this year’s White Paper Conference in London in November. The author of the first placed essay will present her essay to the PLA’s membership at our autumn meeting – date to be confirmed.
The winning essayists for this year’s competition are as follows:
1st – Ruth Whittaker
2nd – Kyle Duggan
3rd – Nicholas Cottrell
Congratulations to all three of the winners.
